Janmashtami is the night the divine arrived in an ordinary home. Not a palace. A home. And so the tradition is not to visit Krishna, but to welcome him — to dress him, to make a place for him, to behave as though someone beloved has just come through the door.

This box holds everything you need to do exactly that. A Laddu Gopal idol, an infant Krishna, waiting to be received. A handmade dress in deep garden green, made to be put on with care. A golden bansuri — his flute — and a small multicoloured kalash to complete the setting.
